About introduction of amendments to some laws of Ukraine concerning cancellation of registration of the declaration of conformity

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

1. Make changes to such laws of Ukraine:

1) in article 13 of the Law of Ukraine "About confirmation of conformity" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2001, No. 32, Art. 169; 2005, No. 2, Art. 33):

to state the paragraph of the sixth part one in such edition:

"accompany products with the declaration of conformity if it is established by the technical regulation on the corresponding type of products";

in the paragraph the second to exclude parts two of the word "and/or declarations of conformity if it is established by the technical regulation on the corresponding type of products";

2) in Item 3 parts one of article 23 of the Law of Ukraine "About consumer protection" (2006, No. 7, the Art. 84) the words "and/or declarations of conformity if it is established by the technical regulation on confirmation of conformity on the corresponding type of products" to exclude sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine;

3) parts the fifth and sixth article 32 of the Law of Ukraine "About standards, technical regulations and assessment procedures of compliance" (2006, No. 12, the Art. 101) to exclude sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.

2. This Law comes into effect from the day following behind day of its publication.
