About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine of rather state regulation in the field of utilities

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to such legal acts of Ukraine:

1. In the Law of Ukraine "About state regulation in the field of utilities" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2010, No. 49, Art. 571; 2012, No. 7, Art. 53):
