About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine in connection with adoption of the Code of civil protection of Ukraine

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to the following legal acts of Ukraine:

1. In the Code of Ukraine about administrative offenses (The sheet of the Supreme Council of USSR, 1984, appendix to No. 51, the Art. 1122):

Article 15 part one after words of "law-enforcement bodies" to add 1) with words of "service of civil protection";

To add 2) with Article 175-2 of the following content:

"Article 175-2. Implementation by the subject of managing of economic activity without declaration of compliance of material and technical resources of the subject of managing to requirements of the legislation in the field of fire safety

The beginning of work of the neogenic companies or the beginning of use by the subject of managing of real estate objects without the registered declaration of compliance of material and technical resources of the subject of managing to requirements of the legislation in the field of fire safety for which provision of such declaration is obligatory

involves imposing of penalty on citizens - subjects of business activity and officials - from forty to hundred free minima income of citizens";

3) in Article 223:

to add part one after words of "fire safety" with words "implementation by the subject of managing of economic activity without declaration of compliance of material and technical resources of the subject of managing to requirements of the legislation in the field of fire safety", and after figures "175" to add with figures "175-2";

in part two:

in Item 1 of the word "to seven" and "to ten" to replace respectively with the words "to seventy" and "to hundred";

in Item 1-1 of the word "to six" and "to nine" to replace respectively with the words "to fifty" and "to eighty";
