Make changes to the Law of Ukraine "About seeds and landing material" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2003 No. 13, Art. 92; 2005 No. No. 17-19, of Art. 267; To 2010 No. 9, the Art. 76), having stated it in such edition:

"LAW OF UKRAINE

About seeds and landing material

This Law determines the basic principles of production and the address of seeds and landing material, and also procedure of the state control of them.

Operation of this Law does not extend to the address of seeds and landing material of genetically modified organisms (plants) which is regulated by the special legislation.

Section I GENERAL PROVISIONS

Article 1. Determination of terms

In this Law the terms below are used in such value:

seeds - generative and vegetative bodies of plants which are used for their reconstruction;

landing material - plants and their vegetative bodies (parts) suitable for reconstruction of complete organism of plants;

seed farming - the field of crop production providing production of seeds and landing material of grades of cultural plants, certification and implementation of the state control in the course of its address;

primary links of seed farming - crops (plantings) of nurseries of selection and reproduction of acknowledged grade of dobazovy seeds;

nursery - the field of crop production providing production, creation of uterine plantings, certification, implementation of the state control in the course of the address of landing material;

primary links of nursery - the uterine plantings of perennial plants created with use of output landing material of acknowledged grades in basic nurseries and landing material which of them turns out;

objects of seed farming and nursery - seeds and landing material of grades, clones, lines, hybrids, populations, strain mixtures agricultural, forest, flower and decorative, herbs;

phytosanitary control - verification of presence of the organisms doing harm and virus and mekoplazmovy causative agents of diseases in seeds and landing material;
