About introduction of amendments to article 8 of the Law of Ukraine "About collection and accounting of single fee on obligatory national social insurance"

I. Bring in article 8 of the Law of Ukraine "About collection and accounting of single fee on obligatory national social insurance" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2011, Art. No. 2-3, 11) such changes:

on obligatory national social insurance in connection with the temporary disability and expenses caused by burial - percent 5,7410;

on obligatory national social insurance from labor accident and occupational disease which entailed disability, - percent 3,6354;

on obligatory national pension insurance (in solidary system) - percent 85,5330";

"18. The amount of the single fee specified in paragraph one of part six and part ten of this Article is distributed:

on obligatory national social insurance on unemployment case - percent 5,6306;

on obligatory national pension insurance (in solidary system) - percent 94,3694.

The amount of the single fee specified in the paragraph the second to part six of this Article (the amount of single fee which is paid from the amounts of cash cover to parents - tutors of orphanages of family type, adoptive parents), goes for obligatory national pension insurance (in solidary system)".
