1. Bring in the Procedure for carrying out special verification of presence at persons who apply for holding the posts, the functions of the state or local self-government, corporate laws connected with accomplishment, No. 448/5, approved by the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of March 23, 2012 registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on March 26, 2012 for No. 449/20762, such changes:

in Item 6:

word in paragraph three "chiefs of head departments of justice of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, in areas, the cities of Kiev and Sevastopol" shall be replaced with words "chiefs of registration services of head departments of justice of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, in areas, the cities of Kiev and Sevastopol, and in case of their absence - persons who fulfill their duties, or deputy chiefs according to distribution of functional obligations.";
