About introduction of amendments to some resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Make changes which are applied to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
2. Determine that actions of rather special permissions to mining of local value in the territory of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea which are provided to the introduction in operation of this resolution provisions of special permissions to use of natural resources provided by paragraph one of Item 25 of the Procedure approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 30, 2011 No. 615 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2011, No. 45, Art. 1832), are performed by Council of Ministers of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea.
3. To the ministries, other central executive bodies to bring own regulatory legal acts into accord with this resolution.

In the text of the Regulations on procedure for write-off of inventories of minerals from accounting of the mining company approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 27, 1995 No. 58 (ZP of Ukraine, 1995, No. 4, Art. 93; Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 1997, number 35, page 84; 2004, No. 25, Art. 1650; 2006, No. 22, Art. 1635; 2011, No. 67, of the Art. 2572), the words "Verkhovna Rada of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea" and "Verkhovna Rada of the Republic of Crimea" in all cases shall be replaced with words "Council of Ministers of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea" in the corresponding case.
