Article 1

Bring in the Federal Law of June 25, 2002 N 73-FZ "About objects of cultural heritage (historical and cultural monuments) of the people of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2002, N 26, Art. 2519; 2004, N 35, Art. 3607; 2006, N 1, Art. 10; 2007, N 1, Art. 21; N 43, of Art. 5084; 2011, N 47, Art. 6606; N 49, of the Art. 7026) following changes:

1) Article 9:

a) add with the subitem 29 of the following content:

"29) approval of the list of the historical settlements having special value for history and culture of the Russian Federation (further - historical settlements of federal importance), subject of protection of the historical settlement of federal importance, borders of the territory of the historical settlement of federal importance;";

b) add with the subitem 30 of the following content:

"30) approval of drafts of master plans, drafts of rules of land use and the building prepared in relation to the territories of historical settlements of federal importance.";

2) Article 9.2:

a) add with the subitem 9 of the following content:

"9) approval of the list of the historical settlements having special value for history and culture of the subject of the Russian Federation (further - historical settlements of regional value), subject of protection of the historical settlement of regional value, borders of the territory of the historical settlement of regional value;";

b) add with the subitem 10 of the following content:

"10) approval of drafts of master plans, drafts of rules of land use and the building prepared in relation to the territories of historical settlements of regional value.";
