About modification of the Instruction about procedure for filling of the declaration on goods
The board of the Euroasian economic commission decided:
1. Bring in the Instruction about procedure for filling of the declaration on goods approved by the Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of May 20, 2010 N 257 "About Instructions for filling of customs declarations and forms of customs declarations", the following changes:
in subitems 9 and 11 of Item 18 of the word "In the Republic of Belarus in Transit of Goods according to Customs Procedure of Customs Transit of the Graph It Is Not Filled;" to exclude;
in the subitem 12 of Item 18 of the word "In the Republic of Belarus in case of Declaration of Goods of the Graph It Is Not Filled;" to exclude.
2. This Decision becomes effective after 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication.
