Article 1

"To the persons specified in article 1 of this Law, who are disabled people owing to military injury on reaching them 60 and 55 years (according to the man and the woman) to the disability pension granted to them (including estimated in the minimum size) the allowance in the amount of 100 percent of the settlement size of pension specified in part one of article 46 of this Law is charged.".

This Federal Law becomes effective since January 1, 2014.
