About withdrawal of the Information letter of the Supreme Economic Court of Ukraine of 17.09.2012 No. 01-06/1259/2012 "About some questions of representation prosecutor's office of interests of the state in economic court"
The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopts the Law of Ukraine "About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning enhancement of activities of prosecutor's office" of 18.09.2012 No. 5288 - VI (further - the Law) which makes changes to the Law of Ukraine "About prosecutor's office", Procedure Codes and the separate laws of Ukraine.
These changes concern the status of bodies of prosecutor's office, realization of the powers conferred to them by the law and procedure for representation of interests of the state in courts, including economic.
With respect thereto in the Supreme Economic Court of Ukraine the question concerning introduction of amendments to the resolution of plenum of the Supreme Economic Court of Ukraine of 23.03.2012 No. 7 "About some questions of participation of the prosecutor in hearing of cases subordinated to economic courts" is considered.
Considering stated we withdraw the Information letter of the Supreme Economic Court of Ukraine of 17.09.2012 No. 01-06/1259/2012 "About some questions of representation prosecutor's office of interests of the state in economic court".
