About the state support of development of the industry of program products

This Law is directed to forming of favorable conditions for development of the industry of program products of Ukraine for creation of high-productive workplaces, investment attraction, growth in volumes of release of high-tech products, stimulation of the knowledge-intensive export and import substitution, realization of scientific and technical capacity of Ukraine.

Article 1. Law coverage

The coverage of this Law extends to the subjects of managing of the industry of program products determined according to the Tax code of Ukraine and the public relations connected with their activities.

Article 2. Forms of the state support

Forms of the state support of development of the industry of program products are:

establishment of features of the taxation of the subjects of the industry of program products provided by the Tax code of Ukraine;

other forms of the state support which are developed by the central executive body concerning science, innovations and informatization with further to their approvals by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

Article 3. Priority directions of the state support of development of the industry of program products

1. The state support of development of the industry of program products is directed on:

1) enhancement of methods of ensuring development of the industry of program products in Ukraine;

2) stimulation of development of management system in the industry of program products, including on improvement of product quality control on the basis of standardization;

3) forming of the effective mechanism of interaction of the legal entities and physical persons occupied in spheres of fundamental and applied science, production and other sectors of economy with participants of the industry of program products;

4) stimulation of transition to model of innovative development of the industry of program products;
