About rendering the state support to rural producers of the Kyrgyz Republic by change of repayment provisions of debt on the public borrowed funds

For the purpose of support to rural producers in return of the borrowing facilities received in 1997-2012 and also the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides ensuring food security of the republic:

1. Ceased to be valid according to the Order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic of 28.06.2013 No. 389

3. Restructure debt of the rural producers who obtained and drew up the credits during 1997-2012 on the public borrowed funds (except the credits issued in the form of the equipment with for a period of 10 years) through the State fund of development of economy under the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic, for the period from 2013 to 2025:

- having overdue debt on earlier obtained credits as of the date of entry into force of this resolution;

- debt of business entities, due for settlement in 2012.

4. To the state fund of development of economy under the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic in accordance with the established procedure to carry out debt restructuring with the following provisions:

- return term - till January 1, 2025;

- debt repayment by equal shares within 12 years, with establishment of the schedule of annual repayment in 2013-2024;

- in case of complete return by rural producers of the main credit amount and repayment of percent for its use the debt on the added penalties decreases:

till January 1, 2024 - in the amount of 100 percent;

till January 1, 2025 - in the amount of 75 percent;
