include in structure of Advisory committee of the following persons:
Rau Albert Pavlovich is the First vice-minister of the industry and new technologies of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
Svidersky Gennady Bronislavovich is the deputy minister of the industry of the Republic of Belarus;
exclude from structure of Advisory committee of Pryma Vitaly Aleksandrovich.
