About modification and amendments in Regulations No. 33/09-01 about provision of the credits by banks to the workers

Based on Item d) the Art. 5, Art. 11 and 44 of the Law on National Bank of Moldova No. 548-XIII of July 21, 1995 (Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova, 1995, No. 56-57, of the Art. 624), with subsequent changes and amendments, and Art. 31 and 40 of the Law on financial institutions No. 550-XIII of July 21, 1995 (repeated publication: Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova, 2011, Art. No. 78-81, 199), with subsequent changes and amendments, DECIDES: Administrative board of National Bank of Moldova

In the Regulations No. 33/09-01 about provision of the credits by banks to the workers approved by Administrative board of National Bank of Moldova, the protocol No. 43 of September 18, 1996 (Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova, 1996, No. 64, of the Art. 81), with subsequent changes and amendments, to make the following changes and additions:

1. In Item 1 of Chapter II syntagma "Rules about transactions with affiliates of banks No. 1/09" to replace with syntagma "Rules about the transactions of bank with persons affiliated to it approved by the Resolution of Administrative board of National Bank of Moldova No. 297 of December 30, 2009" (Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova, 2010, No. 27-28, of the Art. 102), with subsequent changes and amendments".

2. In Chapter IV:

1) in Item 1 the text: "Total debt on the credits (according to the definition given in the Rules "About the "Large" Credits", the protocol No. 37 of December 1, 1995) provided to workers" to replace with the text "Cumulative exposure of bank before workers";
