1. Approve the enclosed Regulations on single procedure for conducting examination of regulatory legal acts in scope of sanitary, veterinary and phytosanitary measures.
2. Declare invalid the Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of September 23, 2011 N 801 "About Regulations on single procedure for conducting examination of legal acts of the Customs union in scope of sanitary, veterinary and phytosanitary measures".
3. This Decision shall enter into force upon the expiry of 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication.

This Provision determines procedure for conducting examination of regulatory legal acts of the Commission of the Customs union and Eurasian economic commission in scope of sanitary, veterinary and phytosanitary measures (further - legal acts) regarding their compliance to international standards, decisions and recommendations according to appendix A to the Agreement on the application of sanitary and phytosanitary measures of April 15, 1994 concluded within the World Trade Organization (further respectively - examination, international standards), for the purpose of harmonization acting in the territory of the Customs union and the Common economic space of sanitary, veterinary and phytosanitary measures.
