About introduction of amendments to the Law of Turkmenistan "About conscription and military service"

1. 2 parts two of Article 12 to state Item in the following edition:

"2) training in specialized military educational institutions;".

2. State Article 14 in the following edition:

"Article 14. Training in specialized military educational institutions

1. For the purpose of comprehensive education and preparation for military service of male minor citizens in system of the Ministry of Defence of Turkmenistan based on regulatory legal acts of Turkmenistan specialized military educational institutions are created.

2. Minor citizens of men's orphan floor or without parental support are enlisted in specialized military educational institutions without examinations in results of interview and medical examination.

3. The regulations on specialized military educational institutions affirm the President of Turkmenistan.".

3. In Article 32 part one:

in Item 2 of the word "average educational institutions with the additional educational program for military training of minor citizens" shall be replaced with words "specialized military educational institutions";

in paragraph seven of the word "average educational institutions with the additional educational program for military training of minor citizens" shall be replaced with words "specialized military educational institutions".

II. This Law becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
