About modification of the Law "About the Status and Social Protection of the Military Personnel and Members of Their Families"

Part the fourteenth article 15 of the Law of Turkmenistan "About the status and social protection of the military personnel and members of their families", accepted on August 30, 2009 (Sheets of Majlis of Turkmenistan, 2009, No. 3, Art. 63; 2011, No. 4, to the Art. 77) to state in the following edition:

"14. The military personnel passing military service according to the obligation and also the citizens discharged from military service on reaching age limit of stay on military service, to the state of health or in connection with organizational and regular actions (which aggregate term of military service constitutes 20 years and more) and the members of their families living with them use privileges in the amount of 50 percent in case of payment of the living space occupied by them and the household services rendered to them (utility payments, use of the electric power, water, gas and another) irrespective of accessory and pattern of ownership of housing stock.".

II. This Law becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
