About the inventory concerning which for 2013 the tariff quotas, and also amounts of the tariff quotas for import of these goods in the territory of state members of the Customs union and the Common economic space are established

The board of the Euroasian economic commission decided:

1. Approve the enclosed Inventory concerning which for 2013 the tariff quotas, and also amounts of the tariff quotas for import of these goods in the territory of state members of the Customs union and the Common economic space are established (further - the List).

2. Determine that the tariff quotas specified in the List (further - the tariff quotas), are applied to the goods placed under customs procedure of release for internal consumption, except for goods imported on single customs area of the Customs union, occurring and imported from the State Parties of the CIS.

3. Distribute amounts of the tariff quotas on import of separate types of agricultural goods to the territory of the Russian Federation between the third countries as follows:

a) concerning meat of cattle, fresh or cooled (code of 0201 FEACN CU):

state members of the European Union - 29 thousand tons;

other state members of the World Trade Organization - 11 thousand tons;

b) concerning meat of cattle refrigerated (code 0202 FEACN CU):

state members of the European Union - 60 thousand tons;

The United States of America - 60 thousand tons;

The Republic of Costa Rica - 3 thousand tons;

other state members of the World Trade Organization - 407 thousand tons;

c) concerning the refrigerated rolled meat of dunghill hens (FEACN CU code 0207 14 100 1):

state members of the European Union - 80 thousand tons;

other state members of the World Trade Organization - 20 thousand tons.

4. Ask state members of the Customs union and the Common economic space (further - state members):

perform in 2013 distribution of amounts of the tariff quotas between participants of foreign trade activity according to the legislation;

charge to authorized bodies of the executive authority to perform issue of licenses for commodity importation concerning which the tariff quotas are established.
