1. The paragraph one of Item 9 of the Section VI "Final and transitional provisions" of the Law of Ukraine of July 6, 2012 "About depositary system of Ukraine" to state in such edition:
"9. From the date of publication of this Law the issuer of issued securities (except treasury obligations of Ukraine) during implementation of issue of securities can choose only undocumented form of existence of such securities, and such issuer can sign the service agreement of issue only with National depositary of Ukraine, and in the cases determined by the law - the National Bank of Ukraine".
2. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.
