About introduction of amendments to some resolutions of board of the Pension fund of Ukraine

1. Approve Changes to the Accounting treatment, storages, registrations and issues of pension certificates in the Pension fund of Ukraine and its bodies approved by the resolution of board of the Pension fund of Ukraine of March 25, 2004 to No. 4-1, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on April 06, 2004 for No. 427/9026, which are applied.
2. Bring in the resolution of board of the Pension fund of Ukraine of April 30, 2002 No. 8-2 "About approval of the Regulations on management of the Pension fund of Ukraine in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, areas, the cities of Kiev and Sevastopol, Regulations on management of the Pension fund of Ukraine in areas, the cities and areas in the cities", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on May 21, 2002 for No. 441/6729, such changes:
in the title and the text of the word "Regulations on Management of the Pension Fund of Ukraine in Areas, the Cities and Areas in the Cities" shall be replaced with words "Regulations on management of the Pension fund of Ukraine in areas, the cities, areas in the cities, and also in the cities and areas";
in preamble of the word and figures "the subitem 5 of Item 12 of the Regulations on the Pension fund of Ukraine approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of March 1, 2001 No. 121/2001" shall be replaced with words also in figures "Items 9, 11 Regulations on the Pension fund of Ukraine, No. 384 approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of April 6, 2011".
