The Section II of the Provisions on the center of primary medical (medical and sanitary) care approved by the order of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine of November 04, 2011 No. 755, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on December 20, 2011 for No. 1484/20222, having added Item 2.1 with the new subitem of such content:
"2.1.10. Organization and creation of conditions for implementation of retail trade by medicines.".
1.2. The Section II of the Provisions on out-patient clinic approved by the order of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine of November 04, 2011 No. 755, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on December 20, 2011 for No. 1485/20223, having added its Item 2.2 with the new subitem of such content:
"2.2.21. Provides implementation of retail trade with medicines according to requirements of the legislation.".
