Make changes to Item 3 of the Procedure for determination of term and conditions of completion of import transaction without commodity importation on the territory of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 5, 2007 No. 1392 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2007, No. 94, of the Art. 3437), having stated it in such edition:
"3. Import transaction of resident without commodity importation on the territory of Ukraine is considered complete in the presence of one of such conditions:
transfer of revenue received from the nonresident into the account of resident in authorized bank in case of sale to the nonresident of goods outside Ukraine;
submission of documents which confirm use by the resident of goods outside Ukraine which list is determined by National Bank.".
