"time of service by the military personnel of internal troops of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in divisions on convoy of persons detained persons condemned to imprisonment, and their protection during judicial session according to the list of positions and on conditions which are determined by the Ministry of Internal Affairs;".

2. Determine that the length of service which was calculated before adoption of this resolution by the serviceman of internal troops of the Ministry of Internal Affairs is not subject to revision.
