Concept of creation of single information and analytical management system migratory processes

Integration of Ukraine into the European Union needs new approaches to regulation of migratory processes, namely implementations of modern technologies in activities of public authorities for ensuring accomplishment of the tasks and functions assigned to them, provisions of services by such bodies in the field of migration, operational receipt of up-to-date and reliable information about condition and tendencies of migratory processes, identifications of causes and effect relationships, their negative impact on social and economic condition of Ukraine.

This concept determines ways and stages of creation of single information and analytical management system migratory processes (further - information and analytical system) which application is directed to automation of activities of GMS and reduction taking into account the best experience of the European Union of system of public administration by migratory processes in compliance with standards of the European Union.
