About modification of some legal acts

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Art. I. - In article 10 of the Law on entrepreneurship and the companies No. 845-XII of January 3, 1992 (Monitor of Parliament of the Republic of Moldova, 1994, No. 2, of the Art. 33), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

in Items 6 and 8 of the word "Service of financial control and audits" shall be replaced with words "Financial inspection,";

in Item 7 of the word "Service of financial control and audits" shall be replaced with words "Financial inspection".

Art. II. Voided according to the Law of the Republic of Moldova of 25.07.2014 No. 181

Art. III. - In article 36 of the Law on local public finance No. 397-XV of October 16, 2003 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2003, Art. No. 248-253, 996), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

to state the name of Article in the following edition:

"Article 36. Financial inspectorates / checks";

part (to state 2) in the following edition:

"(2) Inspections/checks of execution of budgets of administrative and territorial units are performed by the Financial inspection subordinated to the Ministry of Finance.";

Art. IV. - In article 30 of the Law on temporary disability benefits and other benefits of social insurance No. 289-XV of July 22, 2004 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2004, Art.
