Introduce also the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About state registration of the rights to real estate and transactions with it" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 1999, No. 4, the Art. 193) the following amendment:
add Article 24 with Item 7 of the following content:
"7. The body performing state registration of the rights to real estate and transactions with it shall provide to authorized body on control of use and protection of lands information on the registered rights to real estate and transactions with it.".

This Law becomes effective from the date of official publication.
