Art. I - In appendix to the Resolution of Parliament on approval of the Regulations on procedure for realization of military equipment, the arms and other military technical means which are under authority of Armed forces of the Republic of Moldova, No. 283-XIV of February 17, 1999 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 1999, No. 27-28, of the Art. 126), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes and additions:

1. In the Section II:

in Item 2.2:

state the prolog in the following edition:

"2.2. Preparation for realization and realization of assets includes:"
