About modification of some orders of the Government

For the purpose of realization of provisions of the Convention on creation of the South East European center of law enforcement signed on December 9, 2009 the Government DECIDES:

1. In the Order of the Government No. 93 of January 27, 2006 "About creation of the National virtual center SECI/GUAM for fight against terrorism, organized crime, drug trafficking and other serious crimes" (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2006, No. 21-24, of the Art. 130), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

in the name and in all text of the word "National Virtual Center SECI/GUAM" shall be replaced with words "The national virtual center SELEC/GUAM";

in Item 3 of the word of "Border service" to exclude.

2. In appendix No. 3 to the Order of the Government No. 778 of November 27, 2009. "About approval of the Regulations on the organization and functioning of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, structure and extreme number of its central office" (2009, No. 173, the Art. 856), with subsequent changes and amendments, line item "The national virtual center SECI/GUAM" to replace the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova with line item "The national virtual center SELEC/GUAM".
