1. In Regulations on the advertizing approved by the resolution of the State committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan on demonopolization and development of the competition of March 26, 2001 No. 4 (рег. No. 1024 of April 6, 2001) (The bulletin of regulations of the ministries, state committees and departments of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2001, No. 7):

"8. Advertizing of medicines for minors, including in printing mass media, on television and radio without the permission of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan is not allowed.";

state Item 28 in the following edition:

"28. For receipt of permission to advertizing of medicines for minors the applicant submits the following documents to the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan:

statement;

the text of advertisement (or video, audiomaterials) about medicines for minors.";

Items 29 - 31 to recognize invalid;

in Item 33 of the word "in Items 27 - 32" shall be replaced with words "in Items 28 and 32".
