1. Approve the enclosed Regulations on determination of procedure and terms of creation of single state system of the treatment of radioactive waste.
2. Accept the offer of State Atomic Energy Corporation "Rosatom" approved with the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation on implementation of actions on creation of single state system of the treatment of radioactive waste by fund of financing of expenses on burial of radioactive waste of state body in the field of the treatment of radioactive waste and means of the subjects specified in Item 2 of the Provision approved by this resolution and also with attraction in accordance with the established procedure of means of the federal budget.

the federal executive bodies exercising public administration of use of atomic energy within the powers;
the federal executive bodies performing state regulation of safety when using atomic energy within the powers;
