1. Bring in the order of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine of May 14, 2003 No. 210 "About approval of criteria of reference of the narcotic (psychotropic) medicines containing small amount of drugs or psychotropic substances and precursors to category of medicines which are released without recipes, and the List of these means", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on November 05, 2003 for No. 1012/8333 (further - the Order), such changes:
1.1. To state the title of the Order in such edition:
"About approval of criteria of reference of the medicines containing small amount of drugs or psychotropic substances and precursors to category of medicines which are released without recipes".
1.2. In preamble of the Order of the word and figures "Items 4, shall be replaced with words 26 Procedures of the control of the address of narcotic (psychotropic) medicines approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 18.01.2003 No. 58" also in figures of "subitem 8.3 of the subitem 8 of item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Health of Ukraine approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of April 13, 2011 No. 467".
