About modification of the Regulations on application of foreign currency in insurance activity
According to articles 6 and 11 of the Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 19, 1993 No. 15-93 "About system of currency control and currency exchange control", articles 44 and 45 of the Law of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", the Laws of Ukraine "About insurance", "About compulsory insurance of civil responsibility of owners of land vehicles", for the purpose of further settlement of application of foreign currency in insurance activity the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine DECIDES:
1. Bring in Item 3 of the Regulations on application of foreign currency in insurance activity approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of April 11, 2000 No. 135, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on April 27, 2000 for No. 254/4475 (with changes), such changes:
1.1. In paragraph one of the word "Motor (Transport) Insurance Bureau (Further — MTSB)" shall be replaced with words "Motor (transport) insurance bureau of Ukraine (further - MTSBU)".
