About modification of the Regulations on regulation of liquidity of banks of Ukraine by the National Bank of Ukraine

1. Bring in the Regulations on regulation of liquidity of banks of Ukraine by the National Bank of Ukraine approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of April 30, 2009 No. 259, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on May 06, 2009 for No. 410/16426 (with changes), such changes:

1.1. In the Section II:

to add Item 3.4 of Chapter 3 after the paragraph of the tenth with the new paragraph of such content:

"bills of exchange of subjects of managing - residents, which avalirovana the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine".
