About modification of the Regulations on procedure for forming of required reserves for banks of Ukraine and branches of foreign banks in Ukraine

According to articles 15 and 25 of the Law of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", for the purpose of enhancement of requirements concerning forming of required reserves by banks the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine DECIDES:

1. Bring in the Regulations on procedure for forming of required reserves for banks of Ukraine and branches of foreign banks in Ukraine approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of March 16, 2006 No. 91, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on March 23, 2006 for No. 312/12186 (with changes), such changes:

1.1. To add Item 1.10 of Chapter 1 after the paragraph of the fifth with the new paragraph of such content:

"extreme quantity of cases of non-compliance with daily remaining balance of required reserves by banks on correspondent account in separate days of the accounting period of reservation".

With respect thereto to consider the paragraph of the sixth the paragraph the seventh.

1.2. In Chapter 4:

in paragraph three of Item 4.1 of the word and figures "in a row" to exclude no more than 10 times within three accounting periods;

in Item 4.7 of the word and figures "than 10 times" shall be replaced with words "the established extreme quantity of cases", and to replace the word of "three" with the word of "certain".
