About modification of the Procedure for alienation of objects of state-owned property

Bring in the Procedure for alienation of objects of state-owned property approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 6, 2007 No. 803 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2007, No. 43, Art. 1714; 2008, No. 6, Art. 146, No. 28, Art. 874; 2009, No. 48, Art. 1624; 2010, No. 16, Art. 741; 2011, No. 35, the Art. 1451), changes which are applied.

Changes which are made to the Procedure for alienation of objects of state-owned property

1. To add Item 2 after the paragraph of the eleventh with new paragraphs of such content:

"the organizer of sale of real estate - Fund of state-owned property;

the litsitator - person designated by the organizer of auction who owns technology of tendering and conducts auction in accordance with the established procedure.".
