About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine in connection with adoption of law of Ukraine "About free legal assistance"

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to such legal acts of Ukraine:

1. Article 28 of the Economic Procedure Code of Ukraine (1992, No. 6, the Art. 56) after part five to add sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine with new part of such content:

"The power of attorney of the citizen who is person of law on free secondary legal assistance according to whose address the decision on provision of such help is made can be certified by the official of body (organization) authorized by the law on provision of free legal assistance".
