RESOLUTION OF THE CABINET OF MINISTERS OF UKRAINE

of November 14, 2012 No. 1045

About approval of the Standard agreement about the organization of provision of transport services in transportations by urban electric transportation and modification of Rules of provision to the population of services in transportations by the urban electric transport

(as amended of the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 25.10.2017 No. 812)

According to part two of article 11 of the Law of Ukraine "About urban electric transportation" the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Approve the Standard agreement about the organization of provision of transport services in transportations by urban electric transportation which is applied.

2. Bring in the Rules of provision to the population of services in transportations by the urban electric transport approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 23, 2004 No. 1735 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2004, No. 52, Art. 3444; 2012, No. 11, the Art. 403), changes which are applied.
