Article 1

Article 2

In 2012 the amount of public financing of the political parties which were taking part in elections of deputies of the State Duma of Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation of the sixth convocation and falling under action of the subitem "an" of Item 5 of article 33 of the Federal Law of July 11, 2001 N 95-FZ "About political parties" is determined according to the subitem "an" of Item 6 of article 33 of the specified Federal Law (in edition of this Federal Law).

2. The means of the federal budget constituting difference between amount of public financing of political parties on the election results of deputies of the State Duma of Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation of the sixth convocation provided about day of entry into force of this Federal Law and the amount of public financing of political parties determined according to part of 1 this Article are allocated no later than December 31, 2012.

Article 3

This Federal Law becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
