About modification of the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of April 25, 2011 No. 318

Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of April 25, 2011 N 318 "About approval of Rules of implementation of the state control of observance of requirements of the legislation on energy saving and about increase in energy efficiency and about introduction of amendments to some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2011, N 18, by the Art. 2645).

Changes which are made to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of April 25, 2011 No. 318

1. In the name and the paragraph the second Item 1 of the word of "the state control" shall be replaced with words "the state control (supervision)".

2. In Rules of implementation of the state control of observance of the requirements of the legislation on energy saving and about increase in energy efficiency approved by the specified resolution:

a) in the name of the word of "the state control" shall be replaced with words "the state control (supervision)";

b) state Item 1 in the following edition:

"1.
