ORDER OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF TAJIKISTAN

About modification and amendments in the order of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan of December 28, 2006 No. 611

According to article 42 of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About regulatory legal acts" the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan decides:

Make the following additions to the Provision of Committee on emergency situations and civil defense under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan approved by the order of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan of December 28, 2006, No. 611:

a) add Item 5 with paragraphs of the following content:

- carries out the main objectives of single system of state policy in the field of active impact on meteorological, geophysical and other processes;

- enhances the warning system of natural and technogenic disasters which become the reason of emergency situations and damage.

b) add Item 6 with paragraphs of the following content:

- perform the state system of active impacts on hydrometeorological and geophysical processes and the phenomena;

- hold events for safety of the population during use of the anti-hail equipment.
