1. Declare invalid the order of Public service of highways of Ukraine of September 29, 2005 No. 414 "About approval of the Procedure for issue of permissions to placement, construction, reconstruction and functioning of objects of service on lands of road economy and soglasiya and approvals on objects of external advertizing along highways public", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on October 26, 2005 for No. 1266/11546 (with changes).

2. To provide to the state inspectorate of Ukraine for safety on the land transport provision of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in accordance with the established procedure.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of official publication.
