About entering of amendments and changes into the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of March 17, 2004 No. 302

1. Bring in the Regulations on the Ministry of Communications and Informatization of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of March 17, 2004 No. 302 "About approval of the Regulations on the Ministry of Communications and Informatization of the Republic of Belarus and modification of some orders of the Government of the Republic of Belarus" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2004, No. 54, 5/14018; 2006, No. 143, 5/22788; No. 207, 5/24361; 2007, No. 119, 5/25168; No. 250, 5/25956; 2009, No. 134, 5/29811; 2010, No. 27, 5/31146; No. 118, 5/31768), following amendments and changes:

to add subitem 2.4 of Item 2 after the word "realization" with the word "state";

in Item 5:

in subitem 5.1:

words of "systems of informatization" shall be replaced with words "information systems";

to exclude words of "network infrastructure";

subitem 5.43 after the word "establishes" to add with the words "within the powers determined by the legislation";
