About approval of Changes to Instructions for use systems of centralized utility water supply and drainage system in settlements of Ukraine

According to article 30 of the Law of Ukraine "On regulation of town-planning activities" I ORDER:

1. Approve Changes to the Instructions for use systems of centralized utility water supply and drainage system in settlements of Ukraine approved by the order of the Ministry of questions of housing and communal services of Ukraine of June 27, 2008 No. 190, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on October 7, 2008 for No. 936/15627, which are applied.

2. To management of water and sewer economy (Zhuchenko O. D.) together with Department of normative legal regulation (Tatarintseva M. A.) submit this order in accordance with the established procedure on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

4. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the First Deputy Minister Alipov O. M.
