About modification and amendments in Rules of connection of electroinstallations of consumers to the special automatic equipment of shutdown of loading (SAESL)

According to requirements of the Law of Ukraine "About power industry" and the Regulations on the Ministry of Fuel and Energy of Ukraine approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of April 6, 2011 No. 382, for the purpose of increase in reliability of work of the Integrated power system of Ukraine I ORDER:

1. In the title and Item 1 of the order of the Ministry of Fuel and Energy of Ukraine of July 29, 2002 No. 449 "About approval of Rules of connection of electroinstallations of consumers to the special automatic equipment of shutdown of loading (SAESL)", the word of "shutdown of loading" registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on August 15, 2002 for No. 667/6955, shall be replaced with words "switching off of loading".

2. Make changes to Rules of connection of electroinstallations of consumers to the special automatic equipment of shutdown of loading (SAESL) }, No. approved by the order of the Ministry of Fuel and Energy of Ukraine of July 29, 2002 449, registered on August 15, 2002 for No. 667/6955, having been reworded as follows them which is applied the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. To the director of the department of power industry (Low-flow S. Ya.) in accordance with the established procedure to submit this order on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

5. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the deputy minister Cech S. M.
