1. Approve Changes to the Licensed conditions of carrying out activities for attraction of financial resources of ustanovitel of property management for financing of construction objects and/or implementation of real estate transactions approved by the order of State commission on regulation of the markets of financial services of Ukraine of June 24, 2004 No. 1225, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on July 27, 2004 for No. 927/9526, which are applied.

2. To submit to department of regulation and supervision of finance companies together with legal department this order to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine for state registration.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

4. To the sector of public relations and the protocol to provide promulgation of this order after it to state registration.
