About modification of some regulatory legal acts of the National Bank of Ukraine
According to articles 44 and 45 of the Law of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", Sections II and III of the Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 19.02.93 No. 15-93 "About system of currency control and currency exchange control", for the purpose of ensuring realization of the provisions of the law of Ukraine "About introduction of amendments to some laws of Ukraine concerning regulation of activities of banks" and reductions of regulatory legal acts of the National Bank of Ukraine in compliance with the legislation of Ukraine the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine DECIDES:
1. Bring in the Regulations on opening and functioning of correspondent accounts of resident banks and nonresidents in foreign currency and correspondent accounts of nonresident banks in hryvnias approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of 26.03.98 No. 118, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 10.04.98 for No. 231/2671 (with changes), changes:
1.1. In the paragraph the second Section 1 of the word of "the banking license and the written permission for implementation of transactions with currency values (daleelitsenziya and the written permission)" shall be replaced with words "the banking license and the general license for implementation of currency transactions (further - the banking license and the general license)".
