Some questions of provision in concession of objects of state-owned property

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Bring in the List of objects of the right of state-owned property which can be provided in concession, No. 2293 approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 11, 1999 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 1999, No. 50, to Art. 2473; 2003, No. 17, Art. 765; 2004, No. 43, Art. 2838; 2006, No. 11, Art. 728; 2007, No. 89, Art. 3262; 2009, No. 43, Art. 1441; 2011, No. 31, Art. 1332, No. 81, Art. 2966; 2012, No. 82, the Art. 3307), change which is applied.

2. To the ministry of infrastructure, the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade, the Ministry of Finance to provide in time of development of conditions of concessionary tenders concerning property of the state companies included in the Section "Property of the Companies Which Are Complete Property Complexes or System of Complete Property Complexes Which Provide Complex Provision of Services in the field of Operation of Seaports and Their Infrastructure" of this resolution of the List, and the corresponding concession treaties of the obligation of the concessionary specified in Item 1, in particular concerning accomplishment of obligations of the specified state companies (including on the obtained credits) which are directly connected with assets which are transferred in concession, and procedure for transfer of such obligations to the concessionary.

3. To give to the ministry of infrastructure for consideration of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved by the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade, the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Justice of condition of concessionary tender concerning property of the state companies specified in Item 2 of this resolution.
