About modification of Regulations of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine

Bring in the Regulations of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 18, 2007 No. 950 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2007, No. 54, Art. 2180; 2011, No. 88, Art. 3199; 2012, No. 56, the Art. 2238), changes which are applied.

1. § 18 to add item 4 with the paragraph of such content:
"The authorized representative of All-Ukrainian associations of local government bodies with the right of advisory vote can participate in cabinet meeting during consideration of questions which concern functioning of local self-government, the rights and interests of territorial communities, local and regional development.".
2. § 33 to add Item 7 with the paragraph of such content:
"During preparation of the draft of the act of the Cabinet of Ministers on questions which concern functioning of local self-government of the rights and interests of territorial communities, local and regional development (according to scope of the consultations determined by the Law of Ukraine "About associations of local government bodies"), such draft of the act is without fail sent to All-Ukrainian associations of local government bodies.".
3. 4 to add Item 6 of amendment with the paragraph of such content:
"If the draft of the act concerns questions of functioning of local self-government, the rights and interests of territorial communities, local and regional development, the line item of authorized representatives of All-Ukrainian associations of local government bodies or relevant organs of local self-government is specified, and also extent of its reflection in the draft of the act is determined.".
