1. In paragraphs second and third Item 7 of the Procedure for carrying out by the State financial inspectorate, its territorial authorities of the state financial audit of the accomplishment of budget programs approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 10, 2004 No. 1017 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2004, No. 32, Art. 2144; 2006, No. 13, Art. 868; 2011, No. 71, the Art. 2684) to replace the word "certificate" with the word "direction".
2. In Item 11 and the paragraph the second Item 26 of the Procedure for the conducting inspection by the State financial inspectorate, its territorial authorities approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 20, 2006 No. 550 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2006, No. 16, the Art. 1206, No. 46, Art. 3085; 2008, No. 80, Art. 2689; 2011, No. 71, the Art. 2684, the Art. 2870) to replace the word "Gosfininspektsiy" with the word Ministry of Finance.
3. Ceased to be valid according to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 19.12.2012 No. 1182
